The size and type of event we can create is as unlimited as the imagination. We can orchestrate Theme Parties for 1000, Company BBQs for 500 or Romantic Dinners for Two. What Will It Cost?
A Tasteful Event Catering offers outstanding value. We provide the highest quality food and service at moderate prices. While pricing of course depends on the number of guests, menu selections, the complexity and length of the event, the event site, rental needs and staffing requirements, Our team will work with you to ensure that your event meets your standards and fits your budget.

Average per-person prices are outlined below. We will guide you through the process and explain all variables involved in creating your special event.

Service
A Tasteful Event Catering will recommend the appropriate staffing level for your event to ensure gracious service at all times.  The number of service staff is determined by the size and complexity of your event. Service time is calculated to include (in addition to the actual event time) approximately a two-hour setup and a one-hour breakdown.

Event Manager – $32 per hour
Chef – $28 per hour
Waitperson – $22 per hour
Kitchen Assistant – $25 per hour
Bartender – $22 per hour

Tables and Equipment
The estimated cost of everything necessary to serve the menu and conduct the party is determined by both the menu selections and the site of the event. Should the event site require china or kitchen rentals, these costs will be added to your rental fee. All rentals will be added to your final invoice.

A tasteful Event assumes responsibility for the planning and coordination of all services and ensures smooth party flow. Because our planning is meticulous and because we attend to every detail during theevent pre-party anxiety need never be a problem.
